Coffee addictions?
Want to know why you tend to build tolerance to coffee over time?

Ever felt that 1 daily cup of coffee isn't enough to give you energy anymore? Perhaps you need 2 or 3 cups per day?

There's a reason for that. Research has shown coffee restricts absorption of iron in our bodies which leads to anaemia and low energy levels over time.

This may explain why that 1 cup of coffee isn't doing its thing anymore.

I personally went through this until I stopped coffee and drank Purify Coffee Tea instead. I was surprised that I felt more energy than I used to (without any caffeine). I suppose my body was resetting itself by absorbing more iron.
