Please be mindful when purchasing vouchers or booking online, not all services are available at BOTH locations.

when booking, please check the menu and BOOK for the location of booking at the time. 

 

BOOKINGS/PAYMENTS:

  • Booking online :  All Bookings are made online - no payment is required, however CREDIT CARD details are required to book (even when booking using a gift voucher) 

  • PAYMENT balance will be taken 24hours prior to your booking date (Please note our cancelation policy)

  • Arrivals: Please arrive 15mins prior to your Booking time - Late arrivals May shorten your treatment time.​

  • We do not give refunds for any reason. We may provide you with store credit only.

  • If bookings are changed or cancelled your payment will stay on the system as a credit * (Please NOTE our Cancelation policy below)

CANCELATIONS & BOOKING CHANGES:

  • Any changes , cancellations must be done online. You will be able to access your appointments via our online login in your email up to 24hours prior to your booking date.​

  • Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee of the services booked

  • Full payment will be charged for NO SHOWS.

  • We request that Couples or group bookings be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the booking.​

  • Only the person making the booking will be able to log into your profile and make changes or cancellations as your Mobile number associated with the account MUST be accessed. - this is for the security of your account.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS : 

  • TO BOOK USING A GIFT VOUCHER get your gift voucher NUMBER ready. Enter the Voucher Code when booking.

  • You will be required to provide your credit card number on booking, regardless if you are using a Gift voucher ( no charges will be taken unless paying for extra services or that gift voucher cost does not cover)

  • Gift voucher value MUST Be used in entirety in One Booking appointment.

  • TREATMENTS  CANNOT BE SWAPPED OUT on packages, can not be redeemed for cash , products or High Tea

  • EXPIRY DATES: 

  • 3 YEAR Expiry for all standard gift vouchers from the purchase date unless otherwise stated

  • 2 MONTH Expiry on Gift Vouchers with special offers â€‹

  • SPECIAL OFFERS: Gift vouchers can Not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special.

  • May be redeemed using spa packages and treatments on our regular menu

SPA ETTIQUTE :

  • Togs are required for all bookings that include  infrared, sauna, Vichy, shower, and mud wraps.

  • General massage facial waxing and other Beauty services. Do not require you to bring togs​​​
