NO LATER THAT 1 DAY PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING OR YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
Full Payment - $25 DEPOSIT will be payable to HOLD your booking.
Appointments booked online will require $25minimum deposit before the booking is confirmed.
Phone bookings also require $25 DEPOSIT to be paid to HOLD
Groups & Couples may be asked to pay full amount of the treatment cost or up to 50% deposit.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and 20 minutes prior for a group.
We may need to shorten your treatment time if you arrive late or at the time of your treatment, it takes time to use the bathroom, enjoy a welcome drink, walk to your treatment room, consult with therapists and get changed before your treatment commences.
Please bring your own towel for spa treatments, or hire $5 per towel.
Please arrive 20mins early for group bookings to allow relaxation and set up.
If you are wanting a booking within the next 24 hours we do have a list of LAST MINUTE BOOKING treatments available on our booking page, or book online any services with available times.
IF you prefer to call, please note Sometimes our reception staff are occupied, please leave a message and we can call back as soon as possible.
Book online anytime, Please check your email address you type in the booking form as that’s where we send the reply. (they are often incorrect) Check your junk or spam for our reply as your spam filters decide where our email arrives to you.
It is recommended to book in advance for your Harmony Wellness spa experience, however, we can take last minute bookings when available.
Please have your credit card and/or gift voucher number with you at the time of booking as we require these details to make, hold and confirm all bookings with a $25 Deposit.
If your gift voucher value does not cover the total cost of the treatments you want to book, you can pay the balance at your booking using your Deposit payment credit. You deposit is refundable at your booking but we will require the same credit card to refund any payments.
Bookings with your Gift Voucher
To help you with a booking we need:
Your gift voucher number.
If you voucher is for an open value, Please select what treatment you want to book before you contact Harmony Wellness Spa reception.
If you want to change the treatment listed on your gift voucher we are happy to organise this for you, however you can not redeem your voucher on our "monthly Specials" . Your voucher was perfectly selected for you by your loved ones as they know you best, however we understand you may want to change treatments, as are happy to to the same value from our regular spa menu and regular spa packages as your voucher allows.
Re-gifting your gift voucher is easy. Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with the gift voucher number and who the gift will be transferred to. We will re-issue another gift voucher with a new number for the new recipient to use as we can’t accept gift vouchers as payment for treatments if they are in another person’s name. We Require your VOUCHER Number to track who purchased it for you or your name and number.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable as stated at time of Purchase.
***special offers advertised on our specials page are valid to purchase for the current month, if prepaid you may redeem the offer within two months from the purchase date, if a special is purchased as a gift voucher, it must be redeemed within 2 months of purchase date unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
NOTE special offers are not redeemable with any other discount or special offer, Can NOT be redeemed using Gift vouchers/ credits due to the already Discounted nature of the special.
Cancellation or Changes to Bookings
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you in a treatment room that is required for your particular treatments. Please advise us with 24 hours prior notice of any changes to treatments, arrival time, wishing to reduce or extend treatments or any other changes you want to make to bookings or treatments via email email@example.com if it is more that 24 hours notice or call 07 32846286 within 24 hours of booking, as we may not be able to change your treatments on arrival at Harmony Wellness Spa. a minimum cancelation fee of $2.50 will apply to all cancelled bookings and deducted from the deposit paid. Alternatively, you may wish to leave your deposit held for a new appointment time instead of cancelling completely.
Respectfully, late cancellations of less than 24hrs or changes incur the full treatment cost or package booking fee $25-$50and will be charged to the credit card provided and gift vouchers are automatically used for payment of the treatment unless the booking can be refilled by another guest. Without notice, the full charge of your treatment will automatically apply.
Comfort, Privacy & Safety
At Harmony Wellness Spa your privacy is important to us, we do have a communal change room with a shower & toilet, however male guests will not be allowed in the change area at the same time as female guests unless within the same group/ couple. If you prefer to change in the privacy of the private treatment room please ask reception on arrival, you will always be left to change in privacy and lay on your treatment bed under sarongs and blankets. It is recommended that you leave your personal belonging and valuables in the lockers provided and take the key with you for your treatments to ensure your peace of mind, our staff and Spa do not take any responsibility for your valuables will visiting us.
At present we have limited sizes of disposable underwear, due to lack of supply from overseas, and may not be able to cater for all sizes. Please ask reception staff about this at time of booking or make note when completing your online client information.
No Babies, Children in Day Spa Facilities, this includes Wait Areas and Pets please.
Mobile Devices - please turn off on arrival.
Ambulant Access - full wheel chair access but we do not have gas lift beds.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding safe treatments. please advise prior to booking.
We have full wheel chair access to our spa as well as all treatment rooms, however our beds are not gas lift, please be aware you have limited capability for guests who are unable to get on and off the beds without assistance.
For any additional dietary requirements, allergies, conditions, disabilities (including pregnancy or under going IVF) please advise us at the time of making bookings as it helps us assist you with making the appropriate choices or modifications to your booking. Whilst all care is taken, Harmony Wellness Spa can not guarantee any of our treatments (or catering) are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional and inform Harmony Wellness Spa prior to booking.
For High tea dietary requirements please advise at time of booking.
Other Terms & Conditions
Cancelations and changes to Bookings: 24hours notice for all bookings. 7days notice for group bookings is required.
Booking deposit of $25-$50 for all spa bookings, some smaller treatments require full payment, but a minimum of $25 will be required.
Gift Vouchers are valid until the date listed on the voucher, usually 3 years, however special offers or special vouchers may have up to 2 months expiry date listed. You MUST Book Gift Voucher appointments and advise your Voucher Number when booking or your booking may be cancelled.
Special offers are not valid to be redeemed using your gift voucher credit. Special are available until sold out of sold for that month only. You may purchase a special offer in advance and book within 2 months of purchase.
SPECIAL OFFERS advertised as limited time only applies to the date advertised, redeem codes have end dates and will not be honoured after the date advertised or unadvertised , can not be redeemed for cash or products, non refundable once redeemed. Discount codes may be used once within the advertised period on the first treatment only.
Competitions are available for the public, no staff family or friends will allowed to enter. The winner of our competitions should note, We will publish your name on our social media pages and website.
Monthly Competitions - WIN A SPA PACKAGE: T's & C's: you MUST Have a paying treatment booked in the month of your entry, and list the date of you last booking on the every form. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash or any other treatments, no substitutions allowed for treatments within the package prize. Not redeemable for products.
Photos: in Spa photos are permitted providing no other guests shall be visible in the photo of common areas. We may use photos during your non private spa treatments for advertising purposes, if you do not wish for this to occur please ask our staff at the time of your treatment.
REWARDS loyalty program: Each visit to HARMONY Wellness Spa, accumulate points per spend, all points are recorded digitally on our booking and payment system, you may ask what your points value is at any time. $1 spent + 1 Point. Double points and extra points on offer will be added after booking is paid. Points are redeemable on Treatments ONLY, products are not redeemable using points credits, Points are NON transferable and may NOT be used to Purchase GIFT VOUCHERS unless otherwise indicated on the Rewards program. (ie: 15% holistic spa menu off, you may redeem points as specified)
The best way to stay up to date with your points is downloading our APP. You will be notified by email when you points have Rewards Values, but you may check via the app at any time.
Social Media: we value your support, please like and follow our facebook and instagram pages, and share, check in as often as you can so your friends and family know how much you love coming to Harmony Wellness Spa.
