Please be mindful when purchasing vouchers or booking, not all services are available at BOTH locations.

BOOKINGS/PAYMENTS:

Payments via CASH, EFTPOS, TAP TO PAY, BANK TRANSFER
(Please note, mobile service is limited in Cedar Creek, we may request full payment 24hr prior to your booking)
Book by contacting us
We may request a booking deposit for larger or longer bookings by securing credit card details.
Arrivals: Please arrive 15mins prior - Late arrivals May shorten your treatment time.
We do not give refunds for any reason. We may provide you with store credit only.
COUPLES BOOKINGS: Couples bookings are performed consecutively, one treatment while the other guest is in the sauna or magnesium bath unless otherwise arranged)

CANCELATIONS & BOOKING CHANGES:

Any changes , cancellations must be done by contacting us.
Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee of the services booked
Full payment will be charged for NO SHOWS.

GIFT VOUCHERS :

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Must be redeemed in One Visit & are NOT transferable to other guests.
Can not be used with special offers or promotions, not redeemable for cash, food or drinks (unless included in your package)
Gift Vouchers purchased for a specific treatment or promotion are valid for 2 months only
Standard Vouchers are valid for 3 years; however, after the first 12 months, the voucher will revert to its dollar value to reflect any potential changes in treatment pricing over time (to accommodate general yearly increases in costs)

SPA ETTIQUTE :

Togs are required for all bookings that include infrared Sauna, Magnesium Bath, Vichy Shower, and mud wraps.
General massage facial waxing and other Beauty services. Do not require you to bring togs.
CEDAR CREEK is our Out door location (under cover) however this is in hinterland setting, there are native animals that roam around, ducks, chickens, birds and other wildlife from time to time, please do not feed or touch them unless otherwise instructed.
We have mosquitoes netting around our treatment area and bug spray if needed. Our retreats and treatment spa may have limited booking times due to rain, or in colder months, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Our outdoor treatment area is covered, with cafe blinds around & infrared heater as well as electric blanket on the bed. But be mindful the temperature changes up in the mountains we will do our best to keep you warm.
