terms conditions and policies. We do not give refunds for any reason. We may provide you with store credit only.

Booking online :  we require a minimum $25 deposit or up to full payment at the time of booking. If bookings are changed or cancelled your payment will stay on the system as a credit * (provided changes made are as below)

Cancellations and changes : Any changes , cancellations must be done online. You will be able to access your appointments via our online login in your email. Only the person making the booking will be able to log into your profile and make changes or cancellations or send as an email please.

Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee of the services booked and up to 7 days notice is required for all couples. Cancellations or changes of couple bookings with less than six days notice you will be charged  100% of the full fee of the booking AND full payment will be charged for NO SHOWS. We request that group bookings be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the booking. (please ask us for bank details if your gorup would like to pay seperatly)

REQUEST CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: You may be able to request changes or cancellations via our contact us page on this website if you have any questions Would like to make changes to your booking.

Gift vouchers : TO BOOK USING A GIFT VOUCHER get your gift voucher ready and PLEASE CONTACT US.

Gift vouchers maybe purchased online for specific treatments (TREATMENTS  CANNOT BE SWAPPED OUT, can not be redeemed for cash , products or High Tea) listed or simply enter a dollar value, the voucher will be sent to either yourself or your guest via email . 

All standard gift vouchers have a three year expiry date from the purchase date unless otherwise stated when purchasing special offers and discounts which will incur a two month expiry date from purchase.4

SPECIAL OFFERS: Gift vouchers can Not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special. May be redeemed using spa packages and treatments room our regular menu unless purchased as a special offer voucher.

Spa etiquette : For the comfort and safety and privacy of all Spa guests, a minimum dress, of togs is required when using it, the infrared sauna.

Our changing area and bathroom is a communal space. However, we will do our best to accommodate both men and female with privacy in mind.

Togs are required for all bookings that include  infrared, sauna, Vichy, shower, and mud wraps.

General massage facial waxing and other Beauty services. Do not require you to bring togs.
