Booking online : For the comfort , privacy and safety of all our guests, we request all appointments to be booked online via our online booking system. we require $50 deposit or up to full payment at the time of booking. If bookings are changed or cancelled your payment will stay on the system as a credit * (provided changes made are as below)

Cancellations and changes : Any changes , cancellations must be done online. You will be able to access your appointments via our online login. Only the person making the booking will be able to log into your profile and make changes or cancellations or send as an email please.

We prefer to accept bookings online (if booking over the phone we may not be able to reply to your messages immediately, so booking online will help the process).

REQUEST CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: You may be able to request changes or cancellations via our contact us page on this website if you have any questions Would like to make changes to your booking.

Please do so by the contact us page or website chat.

Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee of the services booked and up to 7 days notice is required for all couples and group bookings. Cancellations or changes of group or couple bookings with less than six days notice you will be charged 50% of the full fee of the booking.

Gift vouchers : Give vouchers maybe purchased online for specific treatments (TREATMENTS CANNOT BE SWAPPED OUT, can not be redeemed for cash , products or High Tea) listed or simply enter a dollar value, the voucher will be sent to either yourself or your guest via email . You must include give voucher code when booking online. You can enter this code to pay the deposit when requested upon booking.

All standard gift vouchers have a three year expiry date from the purchase date unless otherwise stated when purchasing special offers and discounts which will incur a two month expiry date from purchase.

SPECIAL OFFERS: Gift vouchers can Not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special. May be redeemed using spa packages and treatments rom our regular menu unless purchased as a special offer voucher.

Spa etiquette : For the comfort and safety and privacy of all Spa guests, a minimum dress, of togs is required when using it, the infrared, sauna and ice bath.

Our changing area and bathroom is a communal space. However, we will do our best to accommodate both men and female with privacy in mind.

Togs are required for all bookings that include ice bath, infrared, sauna, Vichy, shower, and mud wraps.

General massage facial waxing and other Beauty services. Do not require you to bring togs.
