How to Prepare Your Heart & Body:
1. The Night Before
Eat lightly. Hydrate well. Go to bed with the intention to wake slowly. This is not a day to rush from. Light a candle, place a hand on your womb or heart, and ask: “What am I ready to release? What am I ready to receive?”
2. Morning Of
Arrive with an empty or very light stomach. Tea and fruit will be available on arrival, with Sacred Feast at midday. Coffee drinkers: have a small cup if you need, but notice how your body feels without it.
3. Energetically
This is a drug and alcohol-free space. Please come clear. Limit social media/news the morning of — let Cedar Creek be your first conversation. We begin at 7am to honour the sunrise and each other. Please arrive by 6:45am to land softly.
4. Your Mind
There is nothing to achieve here. You cannot do this wrong. Come as you are — tired, grieving, joyful, numb. The circle holds it all. This is not performance. This is prayer.
Important Practical Details:
Parking
Enter through the main gate and follow the driveway to the end. Park anywhere in the designated parking areas. Please drive slowly and mindfully — wildlife and peace live here.
Dietary Requirements
Our Sacred Feast is plant-based, gluten-free, and lovingly prepared. Please inform us of any dietary issues, allergies, or intolerances when booking so we can nourish you safely. We cannot accommodate requests on the day.
Please Note:
We’ll be on grass and uneven ground for Wander & Integrate. If you have mobility concerns, let us know — we’ll create ease for you.
Photos will only be taken with consent during non-ceremonial moments. This is your space to be unseen if you wish.
Weather: The retreat runs in light rain — the creek and earth are magic in the wet. We’ll move undercover if needed. You’ll be notified by 6pm the night before if we postpone for severe weather.
We cannot wait to hold you on this sacred mountain.
With love,
Suzanna, Zaafirah Sultan
