Sacred Earth: Day Timeline
7am – 3pm | Cedar Creek Wellness
Come as the earth wakes
7:00 – 8:00am | Welcome Ceremony & Opening Circle
We gather as the morning light touches Cedar Creek. Ground with breath and herbal tea. Smudging, land acknowledgement, and calling in the directions. Oracle cards, intention setting, and weaving our circle together. We arrive in body, breath, and spirit before the day unfolds.
8:00 – 9:00am | 1. Yin Yoga: The Art of Surrender
Sink into the earth as she warms. Long, deep holds of 3–5 minutes soften fascia and whisper to the joints. Mostly on the earth, supported and still. This is not about flexibility — it’s about trust. Morning stillness is medicine for the nervous system.
9:00 – 10:00am | 2. Sound Temple & Crystal Ceremony
Journey through an hour of sacred sound as the day opens. Crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, and tingsha bells wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and calling your spirit back home. Crystals placed with intention to align your energy centers. Set your prayers into the morning sound.
10:00 – 11:00am | 3. Heartbeat of the Earth: Drum Circle
We gather in circle with Middle Eastern drums and remember we are not alone. The rhythm is old as time. As we beat the drum, we release sorrow, awaken joy, and synchronize our hearts. This is community medicine. No talent required — only your hands and your breath.
11:00 – 12:00pm | 4. Grounding & Womb Wisdom Belly Dance
With Zaafirah Sultan
This is prayer in motion. We circle together and let the hips speak what the heart cannot. These ancestral movements unlock the pelvis, shake loose old grief, and return you to your feminine rhythm. The drum and the music become your medicine. All bodies welcome.
12:00 – 1:00pm | 5. Sacred Feast
Break bread together with a plant-based, earth-nourished lunch. We eat slowly, in gratitude, overlooking the land as the sun sits high. This is communion with nature and with each other.
1:00 – 2:00pm | 6. Wander & Integrate
The land is your altar now. Walk the 3 peaceful acres barefoot if you wish. Rest beneath the gums, follow the birdsong, watch the ducks on the water, or nap in the sun. Meet the rooster. Greet the wallaby. Let Cedar Creek speak to your soul. There is nothing to do here but be.
2:00 – 3:00pm | Closing Integration & Gratitude Circle
We gather one last time to witness each other. Share reflections, seal the day with tea, and receive a small take-home blessing. Carry the mountain home with you.
3:00pm | Depart in Grace
Optional Magnesium Bath Immersion – $50 for those called to soak and seal their healing in warm mineral waters.
